Fragment I — On the stack
It is typed end to end, which mostly means the mistakes arrive earlier and better dressed. The runtime is serverless until traffic makes it a server again. Everything is composable, in the sense that we glued it together and it held.
Rendering happens at the edge. The edge is a rented computer somewhere polite.
Fragment II — On the pipeline
Commits trigger builds, builds trigger tests, tests trigger a small deliberation about whether the tests were right. Observability is total: we can watch, in real time, the exact moment things stop working.
Rollbacks are one click. The click is the easy part.
Fragment III — On the roadmap
Agentic, multi-tenant, zero-trust, offline-first — each word doing honest work and none of them doing it together yet. The roadmap is a promise made by a previous version of the team.
What actually ships: the small thing that solved the annoying problem.
